Nuking a Marie Callender's Chicken Pot Pie in the break-room microwave is a bigger task than previously conceived.
Okay, this can be done easily at work. I only have 30 minuets for my lunch break; but so far, so good. I am tempted to take the pot pie out but I shouldn't!
Six minutes! I have time but it took me a couple minutes to confirm the break-room microwave meets the wattage requirement.
Can this thing do 50% power? 7-8 more minutes! Will 4 minutes on 100% power do the same trick? I only have 15 minutes before I need to return to my cubicle.
"Internal temperature needs to be measured at 165 F in several spots"! Where am I going to get a thermometer? Why is cooking a pot pie this hard? It has now taken me 20 minutes to cook a salty & fatty pot pie that may give me food poisoning because I can't determine if the internal temperature was hot enough.

Marie Callandaers pot pies are the best! worth the extra effort. Some suggestions for next time:
1. Start cooking it 20 min before your lunch break.
2. Quit being such a pussy about food poisoning.
i have had a pot pie sitting in the freezer unopened for at least three months because of that food born illness warning they put on there and the extensive instructions dont help either,I don't feel confident that i could successfully cook a pot pie anymore without serious illness or death, i also need to buy a food thermometer and I don't know where the fuck you get those, by the time i get this all worked out the damnd thing will be past its expiration date, i think ill just not buy pot pies anymore /-:

1. Microwaving is a competition with 50+ co-workers and 2 microwaves total; leaving it unattended will not get it cooked.
2. This is coming from a guy who suffered from E. Coli poisoning for 6+ months???
